Nikki Collins
Founder, Creative Director & Brand Experience Lead
Nikki has spent more than two decades working across public relations, event production, and brand communications, with a focus on luxury travel, lifestyle, fashion, and beauty. Known for her considered approach and instinctive understanding of premium audiences, she has guided brand storytelling and high-profile activations both in Australia and internationally.
She began her career with Estée Lauder Companies, progressing from executive support and event management into the delivery of global brand campaigns. During this time, she contributed to international product launches, Asia Pacific leadership summits, and globally recognised initiatives including the Pink Ribbon Illumination and the M·A·C Viva Glam campaign - early experiences that shaped her instinct for blending creative vision with precise execution.
Nikki was later invited to join Australian designer Collette Dinnigan, overseeing international communications and event production. Relocating to Paris, she directed Paris Fashion Week, private client experiences, and cross-continental brand activations, refining her ability to translate creative identity into immersive, high-touch environments within the global luxury landscape.

Her senior agency career has included leadership roles within several of Australia’s most respected communications firms. As Group Account Director at Anne Wild & Associates, she guided multi-market strategies for leading travel and hospitality brands including Raffles Sentosa Singapore, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. At Moskos Communications, she worked across sport, beauty, and lifestyle, shaping culturally resonant campaigns for The Everest, Le Tan, and Milk & Co.
At The Red Republic, part of McCann Worldgroup, Nikki led integrated communications and experiential strategy for clients including Sportscraft, HotelTonight, and The Diamond Concierge. She later founded Think PR & Events, where she conceived and produced large-scale brand activations and partnerships for organisations such as Bumble, Blackmores, Target Australia, and Diageo - bringing together narrative, environment, and audience connection within a cohesive creative vision.
Today, as Creative Director of MOJO, Nikki shapes communications and experiences that balance creative vision with meticulous execution, thoughtful in detail, immersive in delivery, and enduring in impact.

Richard Barker

Richard Barker is a commercially driven creative with more than two decades of experience shaping brand worlds, building immersive experiences, and delivering measurable business impact for some of the world’s most recognised names. His career began on a global stage during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, where he curated Neil Perry’s Gold Medallists Experience at the Museum of Contemporary Art and managed high‑profile celebrity engagements, including the Australian launch of Robbie Williams’ Rock DJ. These early roles cemented his ability to blend storytelling with logistics, scale, and commercial outcomes.
He went on to elevate Australia’s most iconic outdoor cinema into a cultural landmark, securing strategic partnerships, enhancing premium hospitality offerings, and expanding audience reach in ways that strengthened both brand equity and revenue performance. This period sharpened his instinct for aligning creative ideas with operational execution and measurable KPIs, a skill that would define the next chapter of his career

Richard has since delivered experiential campaigns and commercial programs for global brands including Hermès, Cartier Sydney, Van Cleef & Arpels, Zimmerman, Estée Lauder, Merivale, QT Hotels, Gillette, and Telstra. His nationwide Gillette Fusion tour delivered 600+ live shaves per event at major cultural moments such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix and Bluesfest Byron Bay, shifting consumer perception and driving product adoption at scale. For Telstra, he led the Australian Idol mobile fan experience, creating high‑traffic engagement zones that amplified visibility, increased footfall, and deepened consumer connection. Across luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality, and FMCG, his work consistently resonates with premium audiences while supporting commercial objectives.
