Nikki launched her career at Estée Lauder Companies, rapidly rising through executive support and event management roles. She spearheaded international brand launches (Pleasures Intense, Intuition), produced Asia Pacific summits, and played a pivotal role in high-profile campaigns - including the Viva Glam initiative featuring Dita Von Teese and the globally recognised Pink Ribbon Illumination campaign.

She was later handpicked by fashion icon Collette Dinnigan, where she managed international communications and event production. Relocating to Paris, Nikki oversaw Paris Fashion Week showcases, private brand activations, and luxury collaborations across Europe and Australia - cementing her status as a trusted curator of high-impact brand experiences.

As Group Account Director at Anne Wild & Associates, she led multi-market PR strategies for names like Raffles Sentosa Singapore, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. At Moskos Communications, she expanded into sport, beauty, and lifestyle, crafting cultural narratives for ATC’s The Everest, LeTan, and Milk & Co by Michael Klim.

Her tenure at The Red Republic, a McCann Worldgroup agency, reinforced her ability to blend editorial intuition with commercial strategy - delivering standout results for clients like Sportscraft, HotelTonight, and The Diamond Concierge. As the founder and director of Think PR  & Events, Nikki engineered full-scale brand activations for industry giants including Bumble, Blackmores, Target Australia, and Diageo.

His meticulous attention to detail extended to celebrity coordination, including the Australian launch of Robbie Williams’ Rock DJ.

As Production Manager for Australia’s most stunning outdoor cinema, Richard transformed the harbourside venue into a cultural landmark - securing strategic partnerships, premium dining experiences, and special events that expanded audience reach and brand influence.

For Gillette Fusion, Richard conceptualized and executed a nationwide experiential campaign, developing a bold, mobile brand installation - a striking walk-through grooming experience featuring six professional shaving stations. Touring across Australia’s biggest events - from Formula 1 Grand Prix to Bluesfest Byron Bay - his campaign engaged audiences hands-on, delivering 600+ live shaves per event and solidifying Gillette’s dominance in men’s grooming.

For Telstra, Richard spearheaded the Australian Idol mobile fan experience, crafting an interactive engagement zone in high-traffic shopping precincts - amplifying brand presence and consumer connection through dynamic storytelling.
